Licensed Mental Health Therapist, PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have undergone trauma to improve and maintain their well-being by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure thorough and timely clinical documentation is maintained using the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultation and training while continuously enhancing your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Collaborate with our network of providers to aid in the development and reinforcement of treatment decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your respective state.

• A Master's Degree is required.

• Required: A minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience; 5 years is preferred.

• Relevant Tennessee Licenses include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor + MH Qualification, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, ERP) is preferred.

• Familiarity and experience in treating PTSD with PE is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and eager learner, an excellent communicator, and adept at time management.

• Have access to a confidential, private workspace for remote work with reliable internet connectivity.

• Comfortable and proficient in using technology for communication.
