Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have undergone trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your own caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure timely and complete clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound's clinical consultation and training sessions while continually enhancing your expertise in evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Collaborate with our network of providers to shape and strengthen treatment strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.

• A Master's Degree is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience is required, with 5 years preferred.

• Relevant North Carolina Licenses include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, ERP) is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience in treating PTSD with PE is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and enthusiastic learner, an excellent communicator, and proficient in time management.

• A confidential and private workspace for remote work with reliable internet access is necessary.

• Comfortable and skilled in using technology for communication.

• Ambitious and prepared to thrive in a goal-driven, startup environment.
