Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have undergone trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is complete and timely utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, while continuously enhancing your knowledge and application of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Collaborate with our network of providers to develop and strengthen treatment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.

• A Master's Degree is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience.

• Relevant New York Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Diagnostic Privilege.

• Preferred: At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, ERP).

• Knowledge and experience in treating PTSD with PE is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and eager learner, an excellent communicator, and proficient in time management.

• A confidential, private workspace for remote work with reliable internet access is required.

• Comfortable and proficient in utilizing technology for communication.

• Must be ambitious and prepared to thrive in a goal-driven, start-up environment.
