Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have faced trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy through the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, continually enhancing your knowledge and practice of evidence-based treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Work collaboratively with our network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.

• A Master's Degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience, with 5 years preferred.

• Relevant licenses in New Jersey include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, ERP) is preferred.

• Familiarity and experience in treating PTSD using PE is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and eager learner, an excellent communicator, and proficient in time management.

• Have a private and confidential location for remote work with reliable internet access.

• Comfortable and proficient in using technology for communication.
