Licensed Mental Health Therapist, PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have faced trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule efficiently.

• Ensure complete and timely clinical documentation using the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, while continually enhancing your understanding and application of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Work collaboratively with our network of providers to develop and reinforce effective treatment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.

• A Master's Degree is required.

• Must have at least 3 years of independently licensed experience, with 5 years preferred.

• Relevant Massachusetts Licenses include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, ERP) is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience in treating PTSD with PE is desirable but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and enthusiastic learner, an excellent communicator, and adept at time management.

• Have a confidential and private workspace to work remotely, equipped with reliable internet access.

• Comfortable and proficient in utilizing technology for communication purposes.

• Ambitious and prepared to thrive in a goal-oriented, start-up environment.
