Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have faced trauma in their journey towards recovery and sustained well-being by delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy through the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure thorough and timely clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, while continuously enhancing your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Work collaboratively with our network of providers to help formulate and support treatment decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your respective state.

• A Master's Degree is mandatory.

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience, with 5 years preferred.

• Relevant Illinois Licenses include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• Preferred: At least 6 months of pertinent experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, PE, ERP).

• Knowledge and experience in treating PTSD with PE is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

• Must be organized, a quick and eager learner, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at time management.

• Have access to a confidential and private workspace for remote work, equipped with reliable internet access.

• Comfortable and proficient in utilizing technology for communication.
