Licensed Mental Health Therapist, PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have undergone trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure timely and complete clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, while continually enhancing your understanding and practice of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Work collaboratively with our network of providers to help inform and strengthen treatment decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.

• A Master’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of independently licensed experience is preferred.

• Relevant Florida Licenses include: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• At least 6 months of pertinent experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, ERP) is preferred.

• Familiarity and experience in treating PTSD with Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be organized, a quick and eager learner, a strong communicator, and adept at time management.

• Have access to a confidential, private workspace for remote work with reliable internet connectivity.

• Comfortable and proficient in utilizing technology for communication.

• Highly motivated and ready to thrive in a goal-oriented, start-up atmosphere.
