Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have faced trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, continually enhancing your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Collaborate with our network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state is required.

• A Master’s Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of independently licensed experience is necessary, with 5 years preferred.

• Relevant Colorado Licenses include Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (such as CBT, ACT, PE, ERP) is preferred.

• Familiarity and experience in treating PTSD using PE is advantageous but not essential.

• Must be organized, a quick and enthusiastic learner, an excellent communicator, and skilled in time management.

• A confidential and private workspace for remote work with reliable internet access is required.

• Proficiency and comfort in utilizing technology for communication are essential.
