Licensed Mental Health Therapist – PTSD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have faced trauma in their recovery journey by delivering comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.

• Oversee your caseload and manage your schedule effectively.

• Ensure complete and prompt clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.

• Engage in Rebound’s clinical consultations and training sessions, while continually enhancing your knowledge and practice of evidence-based treatments for trauma and PTSD.

• Collaborate with our network of providers to help shape and reinforce treatment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.

• A Master's Degree is mandatory.

• California: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, ERP) is preferred.

• Familiarity with treating PTSD using PE is advantageous but not essential.

• Must be organized, a quick and enthusiastic learner, an excellent communicator, and skilled in time management.

• Have access to a confidential and private workspace for remote work, equipped with reliable internet.

• Proficient and comfortable using technology for communication purposes.
