Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Arkansas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual environment.

• Enhance mental health and substance use programs at Charlie Health.

• Provide exceptional mental health care through individualized virtual treatment.

• Engage in case discussions and collaborate with fellow clinicians.

• Foster strong client relationships via group services, limited to a maximum of 8 clients per group.

• Maintain consistent weekly schedules and manageable caseloads.

• Available for part-time or full-time work on a W-2 basis.

• Must have evening availability for full-time services.

• Operate in Mountain Standard Time hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an independent license in Arkansas.

• LPC is an acceptable qualification.

• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Only independently licensed mental health clinicians will be considered.

• Experience working with teens and young adults is essential.

• Proficient and confident in integrating various modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR experience is a plus.

• MI certification is advantageous.

• Must be passionate and skilled in providing group services.

• Collaborative, creative, and engaging demeanor on video calls.

• Evening availability is necessary to accommodate client needs for full-time positions.

• Part-time candidates must be available for at least 12 hours per week, while full-time candidates should be available for 40 hours per week.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox is required.

• Experience with EMR and outcomes software is necessary.

• Candidates are expected to work Arizona (MST) hours and participate in the compact.
