This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Licensed Surveyors are tasked with planning, executing, and supervising surveying activities to guarantee precise and high-quality outcomes.
• This position entails project management, client interactions, and the creation of survey documents and maps in line with professional standards and state licensure mandates.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and uphold project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are performed accurately and punctually.
• Act as the primary contact for all technical matters related to surveying.
• Provide clients with regular updates on project developments and deliverables.
• Conduct or supervise boundary, topographical, construction, and various other surveys.
• Ensure the accuracy of survey data and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
• Produce survey reports, maps, plats, and associated documentation.
• Assess survey data, drawings, and deliverables for thoroughness and precision.
• Apply quality control measures to uphold high work standards.
• Keep accurate records of project details, including field notes, calculations, and communications.
• Prepare and evaluate survey reports, legal descriptions, and plats.
• Monitor project progression and assist in evaluating billing readiness.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
• A bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Licensure in Pennsylvania is desirable.
• Experience in land surveying, encompassing boundary, topographical, and construction surveys.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, standards, and relevant laws.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, and other related surveying software.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and the readiness to travel as necessary.
