• Evaluate, provide guidance, and sell personal lines insurance policies to clients.
• Manage an average of 150 incoming leads each month from motivated real-time car buyers.
• Skillfully navigate various carrier systems while developing and cross-selling customized quotes.
• Offer expert insights and recommendations to our clients and customers.
• Achieve sales closures at a high conversion rate from your substantial inbound lead flow (no cold calling involved).
• Create an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
• Possession of a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
• At least 1 year of experience in selling auto and home insurance within a Call Center environment.
• Experience in a high-volume call center setting.
• Familiarity with selling multiple carriers and various state coverages.
• Strong computer, IT, and systems proficiency.
• Persuasive, persistent, and confident in securing sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive in following up with warm leads to successfully close deals.
• Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools is preferred.
• Reliable home internet connection (cable, fiber, or DSL) from a major ISP with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
