This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
β’ Respond to incoming calls from prospective Medicare beneficiaries
β’ Provide clients with information about Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans
β’ Assist clients in completing their enrollment using CRM and telephonic systems
β’ Meet individual sales targets with unlimited commission opportunities
β’ Ensure adherence to CMS regulations and training requirements
β’ Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License (mandatory)
β’ 2026 AHIP certification preferred
β’ Experience with Medicare products is advantageous but not essential
β’ Excellent verbal communication and computer navigation abilities
β’ Self-motivated with the capability to work independently from home
β’ Tech-savvy and well-organized (familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, etc.)
