Licensed Healthcare Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with potential DSNP Medicare members, emphasizing sales, education, and enrollment.

• Assist individuals in navigating through Dual Special Needs Plan choices while clarifying Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility criteria.

• Provide support to prospects during the enrollment process, ensuring clarity, precision, and care.

• Achieve sales targets, maintain call quality, meet conversion metrics, and adhere to scheduling expectations.

• Keep regular communication with the supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Proficient in working with multiple software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during the AEP.

• Home office setup that complies with remote work requirements.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer literacy and technology proficiency.

• Preferred: Experience in telesales or contact centers.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Medicare DSNP.
