This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Offer consultative assistance to clients reaching out to explore health insurance alternatives.
• Evaluate callers, understand their requirements, clarify plan advantages, and steer them towards the most suitable Medicare plan when relevant.
• Employ active listening and comprehensive knowledge to conduct a detailed needs assessment and propose a plan that aligns with their needs.
• Respond to incoming calls from clients and guide them through various health plan selections.
• Foster and sustain trusting connections with members and potential clients.
• Position yourself as a reliable advisor throughout the consultation experience.
• Represent BroadPath and our client partners with professionalism and compassion.
• Valid resident Health Insurance Producer License.
• Capability to acquire reciprocal state health insurance licenses if necessary (costs covered by BroadPath/Sagility).
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or a similar structured work setting.
• At least 6 months of experience in consultative sales.
• Ability to remain seated for prolonged periods while sustaining focus and productivity in a remote work setting.
• Skill to multitask across various software platforms while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Confidence to take charge of the sale and navigate the discussion towards a successful conclusion.
• Training completion bonus for individuals who achieve a 95% or higher attendance during training and maintain 100% attendance during the first week of production.
• End-of-season bonus contingent on performance, attendance, and client metrics.
