This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make both inbound and outbound calls aimed at promoting Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from various carriers.

• Offer client assistance and expert guidance throughout the policy writing and renewal processes.

• Create and deliver policy and coverage options along with relevant information to clients.

• Keep client records updated in the client management database.

• Resolve client inquiries and concerns related to claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.

• Adhere to state regulations and CMS guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance License is required.

• Current Year AHIP Certification is necessary.

• Completion of Carrier Certifications and Contracts is essential.

• Must have adequate equipment to work from home.

• Proficiency with computers is required.

• A strong sales background is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively through virtual platforms.

• Compliance with state regulations and CMS guidelines is mandatory.
