Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists

• Mentor and guide new therapists

• Provide oversight as associates deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid population

• Assist associates in accumulating the clinical hours necessary for full licensure

• Conduct comprehensive supervision and mentoring sessions

• Collaborate with associates to help them reach their professional objectives

• Contribute to fostering a supportive and collaborative practice environment

• Assist aspiring therapists with the licensure process

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work

• Active LCSW license in good standing in New Mexico

• Board authorization to act as a clinical supervisor

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to achieve full licensure

• Knowledgeable in clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid standards

• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital platforms

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual consultations

• Proficient in English

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses

• Expertise in developing effective, individualized treatment plans

• Ability to conduct thorough supervision and mentoring

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
