Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care remotely.

• Offer patient care across various age groups.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools effectively.

• Maintain 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Have the potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted right to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Designated private workspace for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficient in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Availability for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Capacity and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week.

• Background in working with patients experiencing chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure.
