Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Deliver compassionate and high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and act as a licensed provider for Medicaid and Medicare.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans.

• Employ thorough assessments.

• Work alongside clients to help them reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and necessary licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Must be fully licensed in at least one state.

• Must possess a qualifying clinical credential such as LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LPCC, or an equivalent.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

• Ability to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day.

• Experience in working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
