Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient clinical services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Offer compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare clients.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients.

• Work alongside clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Provide treatment for patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and schizoaffective disorder.

• Assist in expanding into new markets and obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Current unrestricted clinical licensure, such as LCSW or an equivalent credential.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment suitable for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in partnering with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Availability for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Willingness to complete 30 client care hours each week.

• Experience in treating patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Readiness to obtain additional state licenses as needed for market expansion.
