Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient clinical services through Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide empathetic mental health treatment remotely from your home.

• Care for patients across various age groups.

• Collaborate with clients from commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Partner with clients to help them reach their personal goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health ventures into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Employment authorization must not be linked to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.

• A private home office space that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments.

• Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one relevant state.

• Hold credentials such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, LISW, or other applicable qualifications.

• Willing to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
