Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth platform

• Provide remote mental health treatment from the comfort of your home

• Deliver care to patients of all ages

• Collaborate with clients to meet their objectives

• Identify and manage mental health and/or substance abuse issues

• Create individualized treatment plans

• Conduct thorough assessments

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools

• Maintain 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily

• Treat patients with chronic severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s level degree and appropriate licensure

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future

• Designated workspace at home ensuring privacy for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in English

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

• Skills in treatment planning

• Comfort and proficiency using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments

• Fully licensed in at least one state, able to practice independently

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary
