Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care remotely from your home.

• Extend care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with both commercial health plans and Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Review applications and complete a short post-application questionnaire as part of the hiring process.

• Conduct around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Cannot support employment authorization linked to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.

• A private work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal messaging tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Must currently hold a full/independent license in at least one state.

• Must possess an applicable independent clinical credential, such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, or LISW.

• Must be open to obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.
