Licensed Benefit Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engaging and enrolling retirees in suitable insurance products, including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.

• Guiding Pre-Medicare eligible individuals in understanding their options.

• Offering Medicare education, performing needs assessments, and aiding retirees in selecting the right plans.

• Providing customer service support both during and beyond the sales process.

• Upholding the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and delivering quality work.

• Consistently creating a “WOW” experience at all customer interaction points.

• Achieving and surpassing key performance indicators.

• Managing inbound service calls by offering precise and complete information with the goal of enrolling customers.

• Proactively managing all appointments to follow up with prospects.

• Responding to voicemails within 24 hours, addressing internal chat requests, and handling complaints or client escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST HAVE: - An active Health License.

• - A minimum of one year of sales experience.

• - At least one season of Health sales experience.

• - A minimum of one season of Medicare Sales Experience.

• Nice to have: - 0-1 years of sales experience (not necessarily utilizing a license).

• - No prior Medicare sales experience.

• - Familiarity with Medicare health, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments.

• - Capability to pass licensing exam (if applicable), AHIP, and carrier certifications on an annual basis.

• - Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office expertise, and experience using multiple screens is advantageous.
