This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Verify the education, licenses, certifications, training, work history, and professional references of healthcare providers.
• Maintain precise and current provider records for accrediting organizations, government entities, and insurance firms.
• Ensure that providers possess valid and active licenses in the states where they operate.
• Keep organized records to reduce legal, financial, and reputational risks.
• Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, DEA registrations, malpractice insurance, and other necessary documents.
• Streamline the credentialing process for new providers, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate closely with partners to address challenges and provide thoughtful, timely, personalized service.
• Coach, mentor, or guide team members while leading by example.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in healthcare licensing and credentialing.
• Active CPCS Certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of surpassing expectations.
• Able to make decisions, manage priorities, and set a leading example.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
