
Licence Compliance Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Act as the main subject matter expert for license compliance across the EMEA region.
• Offer licensing education and documentation to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate license compliance and piracy reports utilizing internal tools and databases.
• Develop and implement license compliance strategies and workflows, including tailored approaches for specific countries as necessary.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of compliance leads, from investigator creation to closure.
• Identify and explore new processes and procedures to enhance the success and conversion rates of license compliance initiatives.
• Address piracy challenges from new logos and convert them into loyal, long-term customers.
• Provide guidance to license compliance agencies on suitable licensing settlements in accordance with the Plan of Action (PoA).
• Collaborate with Sales, channel partners, and license compliance agencies to ensure customer compliance, facilitate market growth, and promote upsell opportunities.
• Track and maintain precise QTD and YTD pipeline forecasting and reporting.
• Engage directly in C-level negotiations and legal escalations for significant engagements.
• A minimum of 3 years of specialized professional experience in software license compliance, auditing, or piracy management.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a relevant commercial discipline.
• Established proficiency with Cylynt (Smartflow) and Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English with certified communication skills.
• Proficiency in a second language, preferably French.
• Strong background in conducting C-level contract negotiations.
• Experience managing intricate legal escalations.
• Extensive knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and European compliance regulations.
• Experience in designing localized compliance strategies in collaboration with third-party compliance organizations.
• Nine-month maternity cover contract.
