This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct investigations and resolve manufacturing non-conformities that impact aircraft structures and assemblies.
• Assess manufacturing deviations and evaluate their effects on product performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Create engineering dispositions, sketches, and technical solutions that align with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Work in conjunction with Stress, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate production activities.
• Offer technical assistance for operational challenges, design modifications, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled.
• A Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of MRB/MAP experience in commercial or business aviation, or at least 8 years of aerospace design engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of aircraft structures (airframe) and system installations.
• Familiarity with CATIA V5 or comparable CAD software.
• Knowledge of mechanics of materials, stress-strain analysis, and composite materials.
• Capability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
