Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing their coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidates' performance, coding practices, communication abilities, and subject matter knowledge.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
