Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Oversee the complete lettings process with skill and efficiency.

• Schedule and carry out property viewings for potential tenants.

• Attract new landlords and expand the lettings portfolio.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

• Ensure adherence to current UK lettings regulations and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in reputable real estate agencies (e.g., RE/MAX, Seeff).

• Demonstrated success in managing an independent property portfolio.

• Capable of performing well under pressure and taking initiative.

• Extensive experience with CRM systems.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Preference for candidates with practical lettings experience rather than those in purely administrative roles.
