📋 Description

• Represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight

• Focus on the skill development of course participants

• Design lessons both as a knowledge provider

• Support in the role of a learning facilitator for Learning 4.0

• Subject-specific instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ®

• Utilize various teaching methods for lesson design

• Prepare and create curriculum-related learning materials

• Conduct assessments to measure skill advancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training and/or a degree in the security sector

• Training as a specialist for protection and security is a minimum requirement

• Hold the IHK certification for the competency test according to § 34a GewO

• Professional experience in the security industry

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or teacher is advantageous

• Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., teaching certificate according to AEVO)

• Methodological and didactic skill in conveying teaching content

• Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
