Legalization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the complete process of company registration (CNPJ), executing all essential steps for company incorporation from feasibility assessment to registration in the MAT, and performing procedural evaluations aimed at rectifying and reducing any inconsistencies or mistakes.

• Oversee company licensing procedures, including migrations and contractual modifications; municipal tax registration; acquiring and issuing permits and operating licenses; requesting mandatory licenses; and authorizing the issuance of invoices. Conduct process evaluations centered on rectifying and minimizing potential errors or discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;

• Experience in executing company formation processes, contractual modifications, and company closures;

• Experience in liaising with public agencies and initiating processes;

• Intermediate understanding of legislation and regulatory standards;

• Experience in drafting corporate documents (minutes, bylaws, articles of association);

• Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp, Trello);

• Background in customer service;

• Analytical experience with legalization/registration processes;

• Expertise in assessing regulatory impacts;

• Intermediate skills in tax regularization;

• Basic skills in establishing and modifying holdings;

• Basic understanding of CNAE classification and application;

• Basic knowledge of franchise registration;

• Basic knowledge regarding registration for NGOs and associations;

• Basic understanding of angel investors;

• Basic knowledge of startup registration;

• Basic familiarity with trademark and patent registration.
