📋 Description

• Retrieval of documentation from courts and court systems

• Review and evaluation of procedural and legal deadlines

• Applicants are required to include a Disability Report (Laudo de PCD) for assessment

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a law student or a law graduate without active OAB registration (mandatory)

• Experience in analyzing procedural and legal deadlines

• Knowledge of court systems (e.g., PJe, e-SAJ/ESAJ, eProc, etc.)

• Basic computer skills

• Personal attributes: proactive, communicative, able to collaborate in a team, organized, and creative

• Applicants must provide a Disability Report (Laudo de PCD) for assessment
