Legal Translator, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Accurately translate intricate legal documents between English and your native language, ensuring a high level of precision and consistency in terminology.

• Ensure that translations adhere to specific legal systems, terminology, and formatting standards relevant to the jurisdiction.

• Uphold strict quality standards to produce precise and clear content where accuracy is essential.

• Collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams to fulfill client specifications and meet deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the target language(s).

• A graduate degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR

• A graduate degree in a different field along with 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR

• 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.

• The capability to meticulously adhere to terminology and reference materials.

• Professional experience in translation and localization, particularly within the legal sector.
