Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Evening/Weekend Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage large volumes of applicants, focusing on submissions received late in the week and after regular business hours

• Perform resume evaluations and initial qualification assessments based on essential job criteria

• Create candidate summaries and supporting materials for review by recruiters

• Progress or dispose of candidates swiftly to keep the hiring pipeline active and prevent delays

• Maintain consistent and organized tracking of candidate status within the ATS

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, coordination, or support for recruiting operations

• Strong capability to quickly and accurately assess candidates against minimum qualifications

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
