Legal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Examine, assess, and negotiate NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and related transaction documents.

• Utilize client-specific playbooks and established negotiation frameworks.

• Recognize and manage deviations from standard positions, implementing suitable fallback language.

• Oversee high-volume document workflows while adhering to defined turnaround times and service levels.

• Support multiple simultaneous transactions in dynamic, deadline-oriented settings.

• Collaborate with a global legal team to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.

• Contribute to continuous process enhancements and delivery efficiencies.

• Provide insights to product teams to improve AI tools and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• LLB (or equivalent legal qualification).

• 1–3 years of experience in transactional legal work, contract review, or similar high-volume legal settings.

• Proven experience in reviewing NDAs and/or comparable commercial agreements.

• Familiarity with structured legal frameworks, templates, or playbooks.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality outputs.

• Excellent written and spoken English (essential for international client engagement).
