This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and associated transaction documents related to private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financing deals.

• Utilize client-specific playbooks and structured frameworks to ensure compliance with established client positions.

• Detect any deviations from playbook guidelines and apply suitable fallback language according to client instructions.

• Oversee your own workflow and document queue, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet specified turnaround times and service standards.

• Assist in the execution of live deals across multiple simultaneous transactions in dynamic environments.

• Work closely with colleagues within our global legal team to guarantee consistent and high-quality service delivery.

• Engage directly with internal stakeholders to uphold operational efficiency and excellence in service.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and delivery workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• LLB Degree or equivalent qualification.

• 1-3 years of experience in transactional legal work, contract analysis, or similarly high-volume legal settings.

• Proficient in reviewing NDAs and/or comparable transactional agreements.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing consistently high-quality outputs.

• Experience in supporting private equity, M&A, capital markets, or financing transactions (preferred).

• Background in law firms, Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs), Big 4 legal teams, or in-house legal departments (preferred).

• Familiarity with structured playbooks or standardized legal frameworks (preferred).

• Experience assisting US-based clients or engaging in cross-border transactions (preferred).
