Legal Software Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge and achieve proficiency in TeamConnect, a platform for managing legal matters.

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions for clients in a virtual setting.

• Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, and Customer Success Managers to comprehend new features and transform them into training materials.

• Develop and maintain training resources, including eLearning courses, job aids, instructional guides, video tutorials, and documentation.

• Oversee and organize training logistics, such as scheduling sessions and coordinating with clients and Project Managers.

• Sustain and enhance the content and structure of the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Continuously refine training programs based on participant feedback and product advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal setting (law firm, legal department, or legal services).

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to quickly learn complex systems.

• Effective time management skills and capability to work autonomously.

• Experience in explaining processes or training others is preferred.

• Familiarity with legal software or case/matter management systems is preferred.

• Experience in creating documentation, guides, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is preferred.

• Knowledge of LMS platforms or eLearning tools is preferred.
