• Interpret legal and compliance restrictions into actionable business strategies

• Facilitate revenue generation, delivery, and overall growth

• Rigorously evaluate new concepts before the organization allocates significant resources

• Collaborate across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Compliance, and Leadership teams

• Assume responsibility for intricate initiatives that span multiple functions

• Thrives in situations requiring judgment and navigating ambiguity

• Comfortable engaging with clients and company executives

• Capable of modeling in Sheets and interpreting a P&L statement

• Finds monotony in focusing solely on one task
