Legal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Overseeing matters assigned to partner law firms

• Tracking and managing procedural, administrative, and internal deadlines

• Distributing tasks among the team

• Monitoring cases via the CPJ management system

• Reviewing and drafting various contracts

• Leading meetings with clients

• Offering support to the company's technical departments

• Composing legal opinions

• Updating reports for presentation to the board of directors

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in tax litigation (judicial) and administrative tax disputes at both federal and municipal levels

• Experience in collective civil litigation

• Familiarity with asset-holding companies (holding companies)

• Proven experience in team management

• Paralegal experience is required

• Active membership with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association)

• Law degree with a focus on Tax Law
