Legal Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist the Legal team (comprising 2 Legal Counsels) with daily activities related to privacy, regulatory, contract, and consumer law issues.

• Perform legal research on European digital regulations, including DSA, AI Act, GDPR, and Consumer Law.

• Support the review and drafting of legal documents such as contracts, privacy policies, and internal memos.

• Aid in the upkeep of internal compliance documentation, including processing records, DPIAs, and contract templates.

• Help in monitoring regulatory changes and summarizing important insights.

• Engage in cross-functional projects alongside teams like Product, Trust & Safety, and Public Affairs.

• Assist in organizing legal workflows and managing knowledge effectively.

• Collaborate on the creation of presentations or training sessions regarding legal subjects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in law school or pursuing a Master 2 in Business / IT / Privacy / Tech law (in France or the UK).

• Strong academic background in areas such as private business law, data privacy (GDPR), intellectual property, contracts, platform regulation, and/or consumer law.

• Excellent research and synthesis skills with a keen attention to detail; comfortable working in English.

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and digital regulation; team-oriented with effective communication skills; prior internships in a law firm or tech company are advantageous.
