This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Respond to incoming inquiries through phone, web forms, and chat in real-time.
• Conduct concise (5–8 minute) and compassionate discovery calls to collect essential case information.
• Utilize proprietary scripts and strict qualification standards to assess case suitability.
• Execute live warm transfers to partner legal teams or arrange callbacks for qualified leads.
• Precisely document all caller information and case details in Salesforce.
• Oversee follow-ups for pending leads, ensuring a well-organized pipeline.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), both spoken and written.
• Fully bilingual, proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or medical/legal office setting.
• Outstanding verbal communication abilities, capable of mirroring a caller’s tone, demonstrating empathy, and quickly building rapport.
• Sales-oriented mindset aimed at educating callers and guiding them toward taking action on their personal injury concerns.
• Tech-savvy and able to type 45+ WPM while conversing with callers and navigating multiple software platforms concurrently.
