Legal Intake Specialist – Lemon Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address incoming inquiries received through phone calls and web forms.

• Conduct brief (5–8 minute), empathetic discovery calls to collect vital lemon law case information.

• Employ an assumptive, consultative method to assist qualified consumers in navigating the subsequent steps of representation.

• Precisely record all caller details, case information, and results in Hubspot.

• Oversee follow-ups for pending leads, ensuring an organized pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills (C1 level), both spoken and written.

• Fully bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or medical/legal office setting.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills with the capacity to mirror the tone of callers.

• Tech-savvy and able to type 45+ WPM while conversing with callers and navigating multiple software systems.
