This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Inbound Call Management: Professionally manage incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents.
• Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to clarify legal processes and procedures.
• Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Document Management: Ensure accurate and confidential client records are maintained in accordance with legal standards.
• Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to legal professionals as required.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a legal setting or customer service/intake role is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a strong focus on customer service.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with case management software is advantageous.
