Legal Intake, Client Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from prospective leads, referrals, and current clients.

• Perform outbound follow-ups through phone, SMS, and email (daily for a maximum of 14 days).

• Assess personal injury and mass tort cases according to specific criteria.

• Assist qualified callers with the next steps and ensure the completion of intake and signed engagement.

• Organize and verify e-signatures and necessary documentation.

• Warm transfer qualified cases to attorneys or intake managers.

• Provide clients with status updates and address inquiries in a professional manner.

• Elevate urgent matters concerning injuries, medical needs, or legal deadlines.

• Keep precise and comprehensive case notes in FileVine or CRM systems.

• Assist with increased intake demands during mass tort initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and professional, clear written communication skills.

• Previous experience in legal intake, personal injury, mass tort, healthcare intake, insurance claims, or regulated contact centers.

• Comfort with consultative and persuasive dialogues, including closing for next steps or signatures.

• Capability to manage distressed or urgent callers with emotional composure and empathy.

• Strong attention to detail and strict compliance with intake scripts and qualification standards.

• Experience using CRM systems, legal case management tools, or comparable platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
