Legal Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Analyze and break down intricate legal workflows, collaborating with the development team to establish functional requirements.

• Utilize extensive legal knowledge to drive technical proficiency through swift iteration, experimentation, and practical feedback.

• Oversee the strategic implementation and adoption of BoostDraft among leading law firms and international corporations.

• Advocate for BoostDraft and the evolving field of Legal Engineering by sharing knowledge at significant industry conferences.

• Source and mentor team members with legal expertise (Legal Experts).

• Assist in updating the due diligence process in relation to global expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualifications: An active license to practice law (in Japan or another major jurisdiction).

• Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English.

• Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Mindset: A strong dedication to addressing challenges in the legal sector through technological applications.
