This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Function at the crossroads of law, technology, and customer empowerment.
• Deliver primary technical support to self-service customers.
• Create and manage Help Center content, documentation, and other scalable support resources.
• Monitor product usage and establish adoption and ROI metrics.
• Diagnose, identify, and resolve issues, escalating cases that require immediate attention when necessary.
• Native or highly proficient German speaker.
• Native or highly proficient English speaker.
• Over 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer success position.
• Prior experience in SaaS or AI environments.
• Excellent communication skills to clarify technical problems and solutions to both engineering and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience in creating customer-facing documentation or video tutorials.
• Familiarity with support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup setting.
