Legal Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operate at the crossroads of law, technology, and customer empowerment.

• Provide first-tier technical support to self-service customers.

• Develop and uphold Help Center content, documentation, and various support formats.

• Monitor product usage and establish adoption and ROI metrics.

• Diagnose, identify, and resolve issues, escalating them when necessary.

• Assist customers in integrating AI into actual legal workflows.

• Actively promote adoption strategies and contribute to performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent (or native) German speaker.

• Fluent English speaker.

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer success position.

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic when helping customers.

• Previous experience in SaaS or AI environments.

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical issues and solutions to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

• Effective in cross-functional collaboration within a high-trust environment.

• Experience in creating customer-facing documentation or video tutorials.

• Proficient with support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in customer support, success, or enablement in legal tech or AI adoption (NICE-TO-HAVE).

• Proficiency with adoption and product analytics tools like Userpilot or Pendo (NICE-TO-HAVE).

• Background in the legal or legal tech sectors (NICE-TO-HAVE).

• Experience conducting webinars or training sessions (NICE-TO-HAVE).
