This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Partner closely with clients and support teams to provide precise, timely, and high-quality document production assistance
• Function within our pod structure, working alongside colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient workload management
• Exchange ideas and best practices to continuously enhance document quality and client outcomes
• Manage Document Production with Precision
• Create, format, and modify various documents including correspondence, agreements, reports, bundles, and presentations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
• Reformat documents to match house style, confidently utilizing precedents, numbering, tables, tracked changes, and intricate formatting requirements
• Diagnose and resolve formatting issues, repair corrupt documents, and handle inconsistencies swiftly and proactively
• Precisely process tracked changes and employ document comparison tools to guarantee version control and accuracy
• Produce transcriptions using digital dictation as needed
• Use Technology to Enable Success
• Work proficiently with document management systems such as Liberate, iManage, and Katchr dashboards, adhering to client and firm protocols
• Utilize MS Office, PDFdocs, DocuSign, MS Teams, and other pertinent software to manage, generate, and deliver documentation effectively
• Keep abreast of systems, workflows, and best practices, embracing new technologies and methods of working
• Build Trusted Client Relationships
• Serve as a reliable partner to your client, anticipating their needs and consistently delivering high-quality results
• Communicate clearly and professionally with lawyers, business teams, and Practice Support colleagues, seeking clarification when necessary

• Work flexibly to assist colleagues during peak workloads, deadlines, or absences
• Help maintain and enhance process documentation, team knowledge, and operational methods

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal document work
• Proven experience in producing and managing complex documents within administrative or legal support roles
• Strong expertise with complex Word documents, including styles, templates, tracked changes, and formatting
• Excellent literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail, with advanced skills in MS Word and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with tools such as PDFdocs, DocuSign, and digital dictation software
• Capability to meet tight deadlines while preserving accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build constructive working relationships at all levels
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing efficiently within a team
