Legal Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accept qualified leads and initiate a human-centered engagement.

• Offer assistance through WhatsApp and phone communications.

• Arrange initial consultations with the designated attorneys.

• Maintain client histories and information within the CRM system.

• Perform follow-ups with clients currently under review.

• Aid in the organization of documents in accordance with internal protocols.

• Engage in strategic meetings focused on client service.

• Recommend enhancements for the commercial workflow and customer experience.

• Contribute to the training of new service representatives as the firm grows.
