Legal Consultant – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with both the legal and business teams of our Fortune 500 clients to assist internal stakeholders in achieving company objectives.

• Delivering practical legal counsel and support on commercial issues within a fast-paced environment.

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing guidance on a diverse array of transactions, including inbound and outbound licensing agreements, software development contracts, service and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, and SaaS agreements.

• Offering legal advice on matters related to the development, implementation, and utilization of technology products in relation to the company’s offerings and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in advising on a broad range of technology-related legal issues, including e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech, and other technology products and services, acquired either in private practice or in-house.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
